Rockhill Capital & Investments and Horizon Capital Partners bought approximately 700 acres between Preston Road and the Dallas North Tollway, near downtown Celina. The almost 700 acre property will be called Villages at Uptown and will include parks, trails, and more than 2,000 homes. Rockhill Capital will create a true live, work, play environment which will tie into the Celina downtown square by a hike-and-bike trail.
Rex Glendenning and Caleb Lavey, with REX Real Estate, brokered the sale that closed in April 2021.
