Matthew Kiran brings nearly 40 years of experience in sales and leasing, with a proven track record across a wide range of real estate sectors. He began his career at the Talmadge Tinsley Company before moving to Hopkins-Shafer in 1987, where he rose to the position of Senior Vice President and consistently ranked among the firm’s top producers.

In 1992, Matthew joined the Henry S. Miller Company and quickly became a key performer, regularly placing among the Top 10 Producers. In 1997, he brought his expertise to REX Real Estate, partnering with Rex Glendenning. Since then, Matthew has played a central role in structuring and executing major real estate transactions involving residential subdivisions, retail and commercial sites, mixed-use and multifamily developments, industrial projects, and strategic land investments.

He has represented national developers and many of the Dallas-Fort Worth region’s most prominent land investors. His portfolio includes transactions with leading national retailers such as Walmart, Costco, Home Depot, HEB, Market Street, Kroger, Sprouts, and Academy Sports, among others. At REX Real Estate alone, his transactional volume has reached into the hundreds of millions and is now approaching $1 billion in total sales.

Matthew specializes in value creation for his clients, leveraging his deep expertise in zoning entitlements, public finance, and the municipal approval process. His decades of experience working with Planning and Zoning Commissions and City Councils make him a trusted advisor in navigating complex development projects. In addition, Matthew assists clients in sourcing debt and equity for their investments, adding further value through his extensive network and industry insight.

Caleb joined the REX Real Estate® team in 2015 after graduating from Oklahoma State University where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. While at OSU, Caleb was a student-athlete on the Cowboys football team and was awarded the NCAA Academic All-American honor for his efforts in the classroom and on the field—the 2nd recipient of this honor in the history of the OSU Football Program. He was also voted team captain and chosen to serve as an ambassador for the football program and the university for various media outlets.

Robert joined the REX Real Estate® team in 2014 after graduating from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Real Estate. He served as Vice President of the UNT Real Estate Club and earned a spot on the President's List for his academic achievements. 

In his first few years with the REX Real Estate® team, Robert has had the opportunity to work side by side with Rex and Matthew on a daily basis, which allowed him to gain unique experience and exposure, as well as the skill set to help clients identify, acquire, and enhance investment opportunities in the North Dallas real estate market. 

Since becoming part of the brokerage team, Robert has represented owners, investors, and developers in projects valued at over $50 Million. These sites range from prime retail/commercial and office sites in Frisco, Prosper, Celina and Flower Mound to single family planned development communities and large acre investment tracts along the Dallas North Tollway extension in Collin, Denton, Grayson and Tarrant Counties.

A native and resident of Celina, TX, Rex Glendenning worked in the investment real estate brokerage business for several years, in his early career, before founding REX Real Estate® in 1987. Since then, REX Real Estate® has grown its team of experienced agents, and the company has become established as a nationally recognized market leader in investment real estate services throughout Texas, with a particular focus in the North Texas area including what is commonly referred to as the “Golden Corridor". Having over four decades of real estate brokerage experience has made Rex the “King” of the Texas land brokerage business.

Rex Glendenning was born and raised in what was the small town of Celina. After attending the University of North Texas while playing football for Hall of Fame Coach Hayden Fry, Rex chose to return to Celina where he and his wife Sherese made their home and raised their family.
